Car Park & Traffic Management attendants:
Number required: 3
Hours required: 11:00 – 13:00 (2.0 hrs)
17.15 – 18.00 (0.75 hrs)
Role: Ensuring ‘no parking’ zones are maintained and attending players and officials dedicated car park.
You will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles parking within the assigned parking lot have the correct credentials. Whilst helping others find alternative parking for effective traffic flow. Attending cross street walkways.

Number required: 4 (2 for each shift)
Hours required:
Shift 1 : 12:00 – 14:45 (during first game) and/or
Shift 2 : 14:45 – 17:30 (during second game)
Role: Welcome people to the game and stadium for Altitude FC.
With support from the security team, spectator’s bags will be checked and then you will be responsible for checking and scanning people’s tickets when arriving at the stadium. Answering any questions that they may have and ensuring their arrival experience is premium. First impressions count.

Beer Bar Server:
Number required: 4
Hours required:
12:30 – 14:30 (during the first game) and/or
14:30 – 16:30 (during the second game)
Required: Must have Serve it Right certification
Role: Greeting customers promptly and courteously, setting up and cleaning up the bar area stocking beer and accurately performing money handling procedures.

Number required: 2 (1 plus assistant)
Hours required:
12:30 – 18.00
Role: Greeting youth club coaches and team, setting up and cleaning up the hospitality area, snacks and drinks for the youth teams. Communicating with the youth coaches to ensure a great experience for all attending.
You will also be responsible for managing the ball boys before the game.

Hours required:
11:00 – 17:30 on game days, preparation is required before each game.
Role: You will be the voice of Altitude FC. Responsible in communicating key messages and information to the spectators, you will be clear and concise with announcements and responsible for playing appropriate music before the game, during half times and in between the games, sometimes this will be background and at times will be to get the crowd energized and excited for the games.
You will liaise heavily with the match manager/host to ensure that the actions are communicated to the crowd, this includes but not limited to; Goals scored, Yellow and Red card cautions, substitutions etc.
You will be responsible for setting up and taking down the PA System and liaising with any entertainment during half times or break between games to ensure they have everything they need and cue any introductions and or music that is needed for their performances.

Preparation is required before each game.
Role:
You will be the key contact for players, coaches and officials, meeting and greeting home and away teams and officials to Kinsmen. You will be the point of contact to ensure each group has everything they need and the responsibility to resolve issues that arise with support from the event day teams. You will also be responsible for meeting and greeting the live streaming team and commentators.
You will be responsible for confirming on-field actions with the officials and communicating accurately to the PA Announcer and commentary teams to ensure announcements and commentary details are accurate.
You will also be responsible for managing the scoreboard with timing, and scores.

Shift 1 : 09:00 – 14:00 and/or
Shift 2 : 14:00 – 19:00
Required: Ability to lift 50lbs
Role:
You will work within a team to set up and takedown Kinsmen Stadium on game days.
You should have an eye for detail to ensure that all items are installed and put up correctly and look professional.
The role includes but not exclusive to;
Setting up and taking down flags, signs, tents, tables and chairs. Providing logistics assistance throughout the day, ensuring that key areas have everything they need.
You will also assist with vendors and other stakeholders to ensure the stadium opens in plenty of time.
