Altitude FC will be holding tryouts for both women and men (ages 17, born 2005, or older) for an opportunity to be selected for the 2022 Inaugural Semi-Pro League1 BC season starting in May 2022.

The first of two tryout sessions will be an open tryout, which will provide coaching staff with an expanded recruiting pool where players will have an opportunity to be discovered. A short list of players will be selected from the open tryouts and will receive an invite to the second “invite only” tryout session for final selection for Altitude FC teams.

ELIGIBLE PLAYERS

• Players must be at least 17 years or older (no maximum age to participate)
• Players must be current residents or citizens of Canada
• Recommended level of play to be a minimum adult premier, University or BCSPL (U17/U18)
• Players must register through link below and pay the registration fee to be eligible. NO EXCEPTIONS MADE AND NO WALK ON REGISTRATIONS ACCEPTED.

WOMEN’S TEAM OPEN TRYOUTS (SESSION 1)

• Location: William Griffin AT Field, 851 W Queens Rd., North Vancouver

• Time: 11am – 1pm
• Maximum Players: 60 (Registration and spots will be on first come first serve basis)
• Registration fee: $30 +tax per player

INVITE ONLY TRYOUTS (SESSION 2)

Details of invite only tryouts will be provided to players selected from open tryouts or pre-selected players.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

• The tryout will consist of each participant playing 60-minute, 11v11 soccer matches to showcase their skills for the Altitude FC coaches
• Players must come prepared for the tryouts with their own boots, socks, shorts, gloves, shin pads or any other equipment related to their position.
• Altitude FC will provide bibs numbered to wear during your games. 
• Teams will be constructed randomly according to players preferred positions
• Refunds will only be issued in the event the tryout is canceled.
• Students who cannot make the tryouts should submit their player profile and highlight reels here.
